Compute should be passthrough, not margin
We charge a platform license, not per-token. GPU costs flow through at supplier price. We make money when the platform delivers value, not when models are slow or wasteful.
Ready to get started?
Deploy sovereign AI on your infrastructure - in weeks, not months.
Katonic builds the platform that lets governments and enterprises run their own AI - on their hardware, in their jurisdiction, under their governance. We don't make models. We make the factory that turns 140+ models, 240+ tools, and 74 connectors into production agents that pass real audits.
Founded on the conviction that AI infrastructure shouldn't be a foreign dependency.

Most countries get electricity, water, and bandwidth as sovereign capacity. They build it, operate it, regulate it. They don't rent it from companies in other countries that operate under other laws.
For AI, almost no country does this today. The agents serving citizens are calling APIs in Virginia or Dublin. The models making credit decisions on Filipino borrowers run in San Francisco. The data that informs government policy in Riyadh trains models hosted in Seattle.
We think this matters. Not because foreign vendors are malicious - they're not - but because strategic capacity should be operated under your own laws and your own people. AI is becoming strategic capacity. The platforms that orchestrate it should be operable on your soil, in your jurisdiction, under your governance.
That's what Katonic is. An AI platform engineered from day one to be operable as sovereign infrastructure. Not a SaaS product with an "on-prem mode" that turns off most of the features. The same product, deployed in your data center, behind your air-gap, with your audit log.
We exist because no country, no enterprise, no regulator should have to choose between adopting AI and keeping data sovereignty.
01
Compute should be passthrough, not margin
We charge a platform license, not per-token. GPU costs flow through at supplier price. We make money when the platform delivers value, not when models are slow or wasteful.
02
The platform is the product, not the model
Models are commodities that change every 6 months. Platforms compound over years. We build the substrate that makes any model usable - safely, observably, governably - inside an enterprise.
03
Open-source where it matters
Models, frameworks, runtime - all open-source first. We integrate Llama, Mistral, Qwen, DeepSeek, OpenShift, K8s, vLLM, MCP. The 16 OSS components in the stack include 5 from NVIDIA. Vendor lock-in is a bug, not a feature.
04
Compliance is engineering, not paperwork
Every framework we ship - ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, NDMO, BSP, EU AI Act - has its evidence pack auto-generated from the audit log. Not a Word doc. Not promises. Records.
05
Sovereignty is architectural, not configurable
Air-gap mode isn't a checkbox we flip. It's the same code, the same APIs, deployed without external dependencies. A platform that can run sovereign can also run cloud. The reverse is rarely true.
06
Speed matters more than features
If a country can't get to production in 90 days, they'll stick with whatever foreign vendor they were using. We engineer for time-to-launch, not feature parity. Pilipinas AI proved 90 days. We're not adding features that slow that down.
Most of the company is engineering. Most of engineering is in regions, not centralized. Solutions engineers live where customers live - Mumbai for India deployments, Dubai for MODON and Etisalat, Sydney for the platform.

Engineering team
Platform · Models · SE
Distributed across Sydney, Mumbai, and Dubai. Engineers ship to production every day. Solutions engineers deploy customer instances. Site reliability runs the cloud.
Operations team
GTM · Customer success · Compliance
Customer success works with each tenant from sandbox to production to ongoing. Compliance team runs ISO surveillance audits and framework evidence generation. GTM is regional, in market, in language.
"I started Katonic because I watched government after government adopt AI by becoming a customer of someone else's platform. That's a strategic mistake. AI is becoming infrastructure - and infrastructure that runs your country shouldn't be operated under another country's laws. We built the platform that makes sovereign AI not just possible, but practical. 90 days from signed to live, not 18 months from RFP to pilot."
